Right now we have four fruit trees in our garden that are full of wonderful blossoms. Three apple trees and one pear tree. I don’t even need to tell you how beautiful they are! I had to paint a few <3

I did an experiment this time. When I view pictures of processes with my oil paintings, I always love the charcoal sketch stage, but then it disappears, never to be seen again… and it’s kind of sad! So I decided to let part of a painting remain in the sketch stage, and only take a part of it all the way to a finished flemish style oil painting. I think it turned out quite interesting :)

Don’t worry about the charcoal drawing smearing, it’s covered in clear acrylic binder :)
